Terms of Service Covenant
Welcome to crotx.vip. Your ongoing interaction with this platform signifies that you enter into a binding covenant and accede to these provisions. If you disagree with any stipulation herein, please terminate your browsing session immediately.
CLAUSE 1.1 — Majority Verification & Legal Capacity
Access to crotx.vip is restricted exclusively to majority-age patrons who have achieved 18 years of age (or legal majority locally). You warrant that adult media exploration is permitted in your jurisdiction and pledge to safeguard minors against unauthorized exposure.
CLAUSE 2.1 — Conduit Architecture & Directory Standing
The platform acts as an automated passive directory interface. We do not produce, record, store, or stream master media files. All streaming content originates on remote third-party systems beyond our administrative scope.
CLAUSE 3.1 — Permitted Use & Prohibited Actions
Subject to compliance, you receive a restricted evaluation license for personal entertainment. Users must not deploy automated scrapers, harvest stylesheets or tokens, impair network stability, or search for illegal or non-consensual content.
CLAUSE 4.1 — Local Memory Client Worksheets
Interactive utilities including Report Content and Contact Us function as client-memory diagnostic tools. Inputs remain in volatile browser RAM and are never transmitted to or retained in server databases.
CLAUSE 5.1 — Protected Intellectual Property
All bespoke layout tokens, stylesheets, script routines, and interface geometries are proprietary assets. External trademarks and video previews remain the property of their respective creators.
CLAUSE 6.1 — Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Relief
The service is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis with no implicit warranty. Warranties of uptime, merchantability, and fitness are strictly excluded. The platform controllers bear no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
CLAUSE 7.1 — Mandatory Binding Arbitration
All claims arising from platform navigation must be resolved through confidential dispute arbitration. You irrevocably waive any privilege to institute or join class action litigation or representative proceedings.
CLAUSE 8.1 — Severability & Updates
If any term is judged unenforceable, all remaining stipulations endure in full legal force. Operators reserve discretion to modify these conditions upon publishing revisions.
